Terex Corporation has announced the launch of TRAC, an advanced vibration analysis system developed to provide clearer insight into the performance, condition, and long‑term integrity of screening equipment.

Developed by Terex screening engineers, TRAC is designed specifically for vibratory screening applications, enabling operators and technicians to better understand how machines are performing in real operating conditions. The system uses synchronised, multi‑sensor measurements taken from multiple points on the screen box to capture and analyse vibration behaviour with accuracy and consistency.

By translating complex vibration data into a clear, visual format, TRAC delivers actionable insight into key factors such as screen motion, balance, resonance, and bearing condition. This enables potential issues to be identified earlier, before they impact performance, uptime, or structural integrity, supporting more efficient operation and proactive maintenance strategies.

Designed as a practical, field‑ready solution, TRAC supports a wide range of applications including commissioning verification, troubleshooting, and ongoing condition monitoring. By providing repeatable and reliable performance data, the system helps operators make more informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of their equipment.

Now available across Terex Materials Processing screening brands - including Terex Washing Systems, TRAC reflects the company’s commitment to applying engineering expertise to real-world challenges, helping customers optimise performance while protecting their investment.
