About Terex Tower Cranes

Terex Tower Cranes design and manufacturing is fully gathered in the facility of Fontanafredda (Pordenone), a small town in the North East of Italy, equally distant from the Adriatic sea and the Alps, close to Venice. The Fontanafredda plant houses R&D, production, sales, service and parts. A dedicated testing facility located in Polcenigo is the place to test all the new prototypes and technical improvements that we constantly apply on our tower cranes.

Our Italian production includes all range of tower crane products: self erecting, flat top, luffing jib and hammerhead.

Crane World Asia orders tower cranes

ZWEIBRÜCKEN – July 11th, 2017 – Singapore-based tower crane rental, sales and service specialists Crane World Asia is expanding its fleet with the addition of 13 new Terex® CTL 260-18 luffing jib tower cranes. This order follows recent purchases of one CTL 650F-45 luffing jib tower crane in May and 17 CTL 260-18 tower cranes in the first quarter of 2017. In total, Crane World Asia has bought more than 60 units new luffing jib tower cranes in a span of two years.

“The CTL 260-18 is the most popular model we sell and rent, it has been a very reliable machine and our customers are very satisfied with it” says Mr. Roger Poon, Director at Crane World Asia. “It’s widely used in South Korea and in other countries we provide equipment to, including Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Terex does a great job of supporting us.” 

The CTL 260-18 tower cranes have a 3.1-tonne lift capacity at maximum jib length of 55 m. Crane World Asia’s newest tower cranes will be available for purchase or rent soon.
