EvoQuip®, a global manufacturer of compact crushing, screening, conveying and shredding equipment, is pleased to announce the launch of the Falcon 1630 Inclined Screen, a high-capacity finishing screen designed to deliver exceptional screening performance, rapid set-up and versatility across a wide range of applications.
Engineered with productivity and operator convenience at its core, the Falcon 1630 combines a large screening area with ease of service and mobility to help customers achieve high throughput with minimal downtime.
The Falcon 1630 can handle demanding applications, processing up to 500 tph depending on material type, feed size and screen specification. At the heart of the machine is a robust three-deck screen box with a 16x5 top and middle deck and 14x5 bottom deck. The machine also incorporates a 2-bearing incline screen box with adjustable screen angle to provide operators with the flexibility to optimise performance across varying material types and operating conditions.
The Falcon 1630 has also been developed with maintenance and serviceability in mind. Quick wedge tensioning, bottom deck hydraulic tensioning and dedicated access points helps to reduce the time required for mesh changes, supporting maximum uptime and productivity.
All four discharge conveyors are hydraulically folding for transport and offer adjustable configurations. The fourth product oversize conveyor features variable tilt and side slew functionality, allowing operators to accurately discharge material for stockpiling or recirculation applications.
