Training and Application Support

The Technical Support Engineers are here to assist the ongoing efforts of dealers’ service personnel. Our service team is a dedicated group of factory trained technicians with a vast experience of skills, which are refreshed on a regular basis.

Their mission is to offer technical support to our dealers through commissioning, onsite training and back up support for technical issues in instances where dealer service teams cannot resolve problems with the use of the Helpdesk.

Each dealers' service personnel are factory trained so that a customers local support is of the highest quality

Structured training programmes allow EvoQuip and our dealers to assess the knowledge level of each service technician.

Frequent dgital refrehser courses are offered to dealerships ensuring the most up to date information is shared across the EvoQuip dealer network.
