Finlay, a brand synonymous with excellence, innovation, and integrity in the crushing and screening industry, celebrated its 65th anniversary with the Finlay Global Dealer Awards 2023. The ceremony showcased the remarkable achievements of Finlay’s global distribution network and paid homage to the brand's enduring spirit.

The awards were appointed to Finlay distributors who demonstrated exceptional performance across the following categories:

Marketing Excellence Award

The Marketing Excellence Award, recognising creativity and impact in marketing strategies, was presented to Voghel. Voghel's innovative approaches, including professionally produced videos, an expanded online presence, and unique promotional efforts, set them apart in marketing Finlay products.

Citizenship Award

OPS Screening & Crushing Equipment received the Citizenship Award for its outstanding dedication to social responsibility.

Digital Transformation Excellence Award

Molson Equipment Services claimed the Digital Transformation Excellence Award, showcasing leadership in leveraging digital tools to drive transformative changes in operations, processes, and customer experiences.

Technology Adoption Award

Mineral Teknikk AS was honoured with the Technology Adoption Award for embracing innovative technologies to drive growth, efficiency, and competitiveness.

Outstanding Achievement in Customer Support Award

Finlay Eastern received the Outstanding Achievement in Customer Support Award, acknowledging their exceptional support and service to customers, exemplified by their rapid response to urgent parts requests.

Spirit of Finlay Award

The inaugural Spirit of Finlay Award was presented to Ronnie Bustard, a dedicated colleague who moved to represent the Finlay brand working for Finlay Australia. Ronnie, who passed away earlier this year, embodied the Finlay brand's core values throughout his long and impressive career. The award was collected on behalf of Ronnie by Gerard Grigson, Finlay Australia.

Aftersales Dealer of the Year Award

Molson Group received the Aftersales Dealer of the Year Award for consistently providing benchmark excellence in aftersales support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

New Dealer Performance Award

Dungannon Plant Sales was recognised with the New Dealer Performance Award for their excellent achievements as a newly appointed distributor in the Finlay network.

Deal of the Year Award

Kurimoto secured the Deal of the Year Award for their major 12-unit deal with Narita Steel, showcasing excellence throughout the 18-month sales process.

Rental Dealer of the Year Award

Kimball Equipment was awarded the Rental Dealer of the Year Award for consistently providing exceptional service, quality, and reliability in the rental industry.

Exceptional Growth in Machine Sales

OPS Screening and Crushing Equipment received the Exceptional Growth in Machine Sales award for achieving substantial expansion in machine sales, contributing significantly to Finlay's success.

Dealer of the Year Award

Finlay Australia was honoured with the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award for their exceptional performance in customer service, product quality, and industry leadership. Finlay Australia, the longest-serving Finlay dealer, has demonstrated remarkable growth and dedication, overcoming challenges to achieve outstanding results.
