Finlay® is pleased to announce the expansion of its European network with GIS Group as new authorised dealer in Italy.
Finlay® is continuing its fast but controlled expansion of its European network with the appointment of GIS Group as a new dealer partner in central Italy. GIS Group was appointed as an official Finlay dealer in July 2022.
Established in 1972 by Giovanni Grassi in central Italy, the family-run company specializes in the sale and rental of construction, excavation, demolition, forestry and material handling equipment. The business offers its customer base equipment for rental and is well equipped to support Finlay machines already in the territory with aftersales servicing and providing spare parts support with immediate effect in Central Italy – Lazio, Molise, Abruzzo, Marche, Umbria, San Marino and part of Tuscany.
“We are pleased to be expanding our global reach into Central Italy with such a professional and highly respected dealer. The construction and recycling sectors across these regions has seen positive growth in recent years and we look forward to seeing our machines working on some very diverse customer job sites very soon. The GIS team are experienced in the operation of crushing and screening machinery. They understand the daily challenges our customers’ face in a wide range of applications and have the support structure in place to maintain and support machines in the field.” Said Helmut Domes, Regional Sales Manager, Finlay.
GIS Managing Director, Francesco Grassi added: “We have witnessed the growth of Finlay over the past number of years and are impressed with the line up of equipment that they have developed with the Italian market in mind. We know that the Finlay product range is known for its high quality and robustness that boasts exceptionally high performance – our customers told us! The partnership with Finlay enables us to serve a large customer base as well as offer a broader product range to our existing customers. We are looking forward to developing our long term relationship.”
