"Innovate with determination, strive for excellence" was the theme of the inaugural Customer Open Day and Supplier Conference at Terex Jiading, held from November 25 to 26, 2024. The successful event attracted hundreds of industry experts, customer representatives, media partners, and collaborators from around the world, including Malaysia, China, and Singapore. 

During the open day, the Terex Jiading site proudly showcased its achievements in intelligent manufacturing. Visitors had the opportunity to experience the modern production line, with its high-precision technical equipment, and a rigorous quality management system that supports the creation of cutting-edge Terex products, including mobile crushers, screeners, and material handlers.

Pat Brian, Vice President, Aggregates, delivered a warm welcome speech to greet visitors to the site. George Zhou, General Manager of Terex Jiading, followed with an insightful presentation, sharing the development history, production capacity, quality management system, pre-sales and after-sales service systems and the strategic vision for future growth. Participants gained an insight into the team’s unwavering commitment to quality and continuous investment in technological innovation.

 Guests were guided to explore various production areas of the factory. From raw material storage to finished product delivery, every stage highlighted the site’s meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficient production. The equipment demonstrations were particularly impactful for attendees, showcasing the diversity, operational flexibility, and broad applications of our equipment.

Day 2 was the supplier conference, where the Jading team hosted more than 40 major domestic and international suppliers for in-depth discussions on global supply, quality control, and delivery efficiency. A highlight of the day was the Supplier Award Ceremony, held to honor outstanding supplier partners who have made significant contributions to enhancing product quality and optimizing delivery efficiency over the past year. These suppliers have demonstrated exceptional performance in technological innovation, quality control, on-time delivery, and customer service.

This event served as not only a platform to showcase Terex’s strength and achievements but also a key opportunity to reinforce the team’s vision of "innovation-driven development, quality wins the future." It highlighted our commitment to technological innovation, expanding application fields, and striving to deliver more intelligent, efficient, and reliable equipment solutions to global customers.

 With the successful conclusion of the 2024 Terex Jiading Open Day, the event has injected new momentum into the China team, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with our partners in driving further progress and innovation.
