• Feeding product into trommel making a minus 20mm capping material for landfill. The oversize may go to another process on site.

Details of Machine Specification & Settings:

• Fitted with prototype 9-9-6 Waste Shafts.
• Combs open. The machine was set to a User Defined Program.

Machine Output: 

• 10tph.
• Oversize plus 20mm sent to another process.
• Fines minus 20mm landfill capping material.

Financial impact to customer:

• Telemetry indicates average of 18.45 L/H over 3 days of production.
• Visual inspection shows minimal wear on shafts.

Customer Feedback:

The customer was happy with the production and plans to continue to clear waste.

The customer liked the versatility of the machine and was impressed with the steel removed from the mattresses. They liked that with the waste shafts fitted, the machine could go from processing wood to processing mattresses.
