Finlay® will be displaying four machines from their crushing, screening and conveying range at Steinexpo, 2023.

The four machines that will be on display at the show are: J-1160 jaw crusher, IC-110RS compact impact crusher, 883+ scalping screener and TC-80 tracked conveyor.

J-1160 jaw crusher

The Finlay® J-1160 mobile jaw crusher is a primary crusher for aggregates production as well as concrete and asphalt recycling applications. The machine has hydrostatic drive which offers reversible operation for clearing blockages and demolition applications. It is designed to be easy to transport between sites and quick to set up and tear down.

The machine features a robust Terex 1000mm x 600mm single toggle jaw crusher.

IC-110RS impact crusher

The Finlay® IC-110RS mobile impactor provides the versatility of a compact crushing and screening plant on one mobile platform for quarrying, construction and demolition debris, reinforced concrete and asphalt recycling applications. A key feature of the machine is the onboard 2.74m x 1.5m single deck screen.

For applications not requiring recirculation of oversize material back to the crushing chamber or stockpiling an oversize product the complete screening and recirculating system can be quickly detached from the machine. The machine is built around a robust direct drive Finlay® Ø1034mm x 1000mm impact crusher.

883+ scalping screen

The Finlay® 883+ mobile screener has been developed as a high capacity and versatile heavy duty scalper to work in primary and secondary screening applications such as quarry and mining, iron ore, construction demolition waste, sand, gravel, compost, top soil and coal. The screenbox features two “true” full size 4.8 x 1.53m screening decks.

TC-80 tracked conveyor

The Finlay® TC-80 mobile stockpiler is a highly portable and flexible machine that can be integrated seamlessly into stationary and mobile crushing and screening plants. The machine features a 22.8m discharge conveyor that can produce a maximum conical stockpile capacity based on 37° angle of repose: 3228 tonnes.
