"We supply everything related to wet processing, be it complete turnkey solutions or just individual system components for washing out fine particles," states Joachim Höft, Sales Manager at Terex Washing Systems in Germany since October.

Terex Washing Systems is already cooperating with the Bavarian dealer and reconditioning specialist Jürgen Kölsch GmbH to distribute its wet reconditioning products in southern Germany. 

As a veteran of the aggregate processing industry, Joachim Höft can look back on 10 years of experience in the sector. In addition to supporting the dealer Kölsch, on issues relating to wet processing, he also handles direct inquiries. As said by Joachim Höft, the reason why he decided to take up the new position is that he was particularly impressed by the product portfolio and corporate culture of his Irish employer. 

"There is a great need for high-quality wet processing solutions in the demolition and aggregates industry in Germany in particular, which is why the robust and effective solutions from Terex Washing Systems should be given much more prominence in this area," says Höft. "Very high specific requirements are now placed on aggregates in concrete production, for instance: the fines should only make up 3% of the 63 µm fraction - to meet the required regulations, wet processing systems are indispensable."

Among other things, Terex Washing Systems offers special blade washers to clean contaminated excavated soil. In the course of wet processing, it is often not only the source material that is upgraded, but marketable products such as sands, grains, or other aggregates can also be obtained - more than just a "cleaning process".
