2024 marks an exciting chapter in Terex Louisville’s growth and development with construction having started on a new state-of-the-art Parts facility.
Initially established in 1990 by Powerscreen as a Distribution Center for North America, Terex Louisville has evolved to become a cornerstone of our operations in the region, expanding its support to include six additional brands— Finlay, Terex Washing Systems, EvoQuip, Fuchs, ProStack and most recently MDS.
Today, the Terex Louisville facility plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support to over 60 distributors in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Its services include Sales and Distribution, a Technical Helpdesk for Parts and Service, training initiatives, and Terex Finance Solutions.
The new Parts facility will be conveniently located just half a mile from the current Terex Louisville site and will consist of a 134,000 sq ft warehouse and 14,000 sq ft office space. Equipped with the latest technology to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, the site includes 2.9 acres of fenced exterior storage, six docks, 100 parking spaces, an automated parts picking station and parts photo booth.
With the expansion of the Terex Louisville facility comes the growth of its team. The new facility will be staffed by 50 dedicated team members who will play crucial roles in delivering industry leading services. We expect to be operational in the new facility in Q4, 2024.
