The registration fee for this class is $1450.00 per trainee. Cost does not include any transportation or hotel accommodations. For transportation or hotel recommendations, see list below. 

Confirmations, in the form of a purchase order will reserve a seat in the class along with a completed enrollment form for the attendee(s). No attendees will be registered without a Purchase Order. Multiple attendees can be paid for with one purchase order. 

No refunds for cancellations will be issued after July 15, 2024. Substitutions for reserved seats are allowed.
