CBI & Ecotec announce New England dealer

High Ground Equipment now offers CBI and Ecotec.

Founded by business partners Art Murphy and Scott Orlosk, the local dealership is established and serving customers.

NEWTON, NH – New England will have a new heavy equipment dealership for the materials processing industry with familiar faces representing the CBI and Terex Ecotec product lines. High Ground Equipment has been established by business partners Art Murphy and Scott Orlosk in 2019 as a dedicated New England dealer focused on sales, service, and parts support. High Ground Equipment currently operates a support services location inside of Terex’s New Hampshire manufacturing facility and can be found online at www.highgroundequipment.com.

Art Murphy has represented the CBI & Terex Ecotec brands for many years, most recently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Terex Environmental Equipment throughout North and South America. His background in the industry, knowledge of the products, and long-time relationships with local customers made him a logical choice for the expansion.

Scott Orlosk is known in New Hampshire for bringing AutoFair Automotive Group into prominence in the late 90s and early 2000s. As the President & COO, Orlosk grew AutoFair into New Hampshire’s largest privately owned company with more than 380 employees, 12,000 annual retail units, and an annual revenue of over 350 million.

“High Ground Equipment is making this investment to support New England customers at the highest possible level,” Murphy said. “There has been a great response from the local customers we’ve had the chance to speak with during the early parts of this transition. CBI’s equipment has been manufactured in the Granite State for thirty years and Terex hosts an annual factory forum in Newton, New Hampshire for our environmental equipment. As our equipment lines expand internationally, the establishment of High Ground Equipment ensures we stay focused on our New England roots and local customer base that started it all.”
